It is a family friendly, public high tea, designed to normalize legalized cannabis and those who work in the cannabis industry and advocacy sectors. Marijuana for Medical Professionals III continues the vital work of providing accredited medical education to doctors, nurses, caregivers, and others working with medical cannabis patients. MJ for MDs III continues the tradition we started in 2014 of superior quality Continuing Medical Education in Cannabis medicine for healthcare providers.
Our goal is to establish better standards of care for cannabis patients through dialogue between doctors, dispensaries & patients. Our symposium features world experts in cannabis research and Colorado physicians on the forefront of clinical cannabis care
Influential X and Wellness Warrior Foundation, a 501c3 non-profit, teamed up to organize and orchestrate a benefit concert for Puerto Rico servicing remote parts of PR without power and living necessities such as clean drinking water. Wellness Warrior Foundation's mission is to promote sustainability and wellness in underserved and impoverished comunities worldwide through education, herbal medicine use, and post-disaster relief.
The PR Benefit Concert on Sunday, March 4th from 5-9pm featured the Puerto Rico Relief All-Stars: Emily Clark (Emily Clark & The Passing Fancy), James Dumm (True Blue Band), Cody Russell (Drunken Hearts), Fleeb Thomas (Phour Point 0), and Chris Sheldon (Dead Phish Orchestra). Special Guests include Jessica Jones (Jessica Jones Project) and Venus Cruz (What Young Men Do) and opening band, Groundscore Bluegrass.
This evening of live music raised $3,000 for Wellness Warrior Foundation's PR Relief and Recovery efforts. Influential X's founder, Melanie Rose Rodgers and the WWF team leave for Puerto Rico on May 9th. #MarchForth4PuertoRico
